The Power of Agreement | Organisational Ecology

As I have said already, this website is a work-in-progress. It has been provided in part to say 'thank you' 'taster' to all my colleagues who have been politely waiting for the book to be published.

However, I see Living Organisations as an important first step to a new discipline, Organisational Ecology. If natural models work for business, then ecological models have a lot to offer. There is already very useful material available on social ecology, and I suggest that we collaborate on applying ecology to organisational development.
